My life’s passion is exploring what it takes to bring much needed wisdom into our organisations, teams and, ultimately, lives.

Through my work at the Vertical Development Institute, I live with one foot steeped in the practice of leadership development and the other in the research on leaders’ consciousness transformation. As a practitioner-researcher I try to get the best of both worlds and build bridges between the fascinating science of human transformation and its application to the day to day hecticness of organisational life.
